All mentioned prices are in EUR per piece, incl. VAT. Prices are subject to price increases between times.

Orders can only be placed through the website of Hobbee. Please make sure that all fields are filled in completely. After placing your first order, Hobbee will send you a customer number and password. The next time you will only have to fill in these two to place your new order.
3.
The minimum order amount is EUR 15,- excl. shipping charges.
4.
By placing your order you agree with the General Conditions without any restriction.
5.
Your order will be shipped to you upon receipt of your payment.
We do not accept cheques. You can either choose for payment via PayPal (which is to be selected upon placing the order) or transfer the amount into our bank account, for which you need the following details:
Rabobank account number 1037.61.241 in the name of Hobbee in Gorinchem, Netherlands.
For payment from outside Holland the following information is needed:

Please mention your order number with your payment! Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. The invoice will be send to you together with the shipment of your order.
6.
After receipt of your payment, Hobbee will do her utmost to deliver the order within 5 days. Exceeding this limit is beyond Hobbee's control and therefore Hobbee will take no liability. Please note that deliveries outside Holland/Europe will take sometimes a little longer than 5 days as you can see in the schedule below.

Despite the reliability of deliveries by TPG Post, Hobbee is not liable for orders that are not delivered by registered airmail. If you wish to register and insure your order, you can select this on your order form. You decide whether your order will be shipped by 'standard' or 'registered airmail' (for shipping time see 'priority'). The options with a * are insured!
Please carefully indicate whether it concerns a shipment within the Netherlands, Europe or outside Europe. In case your shipment weighs more than the amount of kg's that is mentioned at the ways of delivery, Hobbee will contact you.
You can choose from the following shipment possibilities:
- standard mail within Holland until 3 kg: EUR 2,64
- registered mail within Holland until 10 kg: EUR 7,95
- priority airmail within Europe until 2 kg: EUR 9,00
- registered airmail within Europe until 2 kg: EUR 12,00
- International Pakket Plus outside Europe until 2 kg: EUR 22,95
The shipping fees are included handling charges.
8.
If you are not at home when your registered shipment is being delivered, you will receive a pick up notice of the postman. If the shipment is not picked up within 21 days, the shipment will be returned to Hobbee. The costs of this return shipment will be on your account and invoiced to you together with the costs of re-sending the order. It is not possible to cancel an order.
9.
Changing or returning of products that you have received by mail is not possible, unless the mistake is undoubtedly Hobbee's. In such an unfortunate case, Hobbee needs to be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of the products. Never send a shipment return without consultation with Hobbee!
10.
If shipments are damaged from the outside, this needs to be notified with the postman at the time of the delivery. Also Hobbee needs to be informed of this within 48 hours upon delivery.
11.
Hobbee is not liable for damage to the customer, or a third party, that was caused by an article delivered by Hobbee.
12.
Hobbee is not liable for the consequences of printer's errors on the website or other media.
13.
Colors of images on the website may differ within reasonable boundaries from the original.
14.
All your personal information will be handled strictly confidential and not be given to third parties.
